ScreenAnchor respects your privacy. ScreenAnchor does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data with SL-Soft or third parties.

Local Data

ScreenAnchor reads the names and positions of desktop items through Finder in order to save and restore desktop icon layouts. Saved layouts and application preferences are stored locally on your Mac.

This information is not transmitted to SL-Soft or to any external server.

Finder Access

ScreenAnchor requires permission to communicate with Finder using Apple Events. This access is used exclusively to read and restore desktop icon positions.

In-App Purchases

ScreenAnchor Pro is available as an optional in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. ScreenAnchor does not receive or store payment information such as your name, address, credit card number, or Apple Account credentials.

The application only receives the information required from StoreKit to determine whether ScreenAnchor Pro has been purchased.

Analytics, Advertising and Tracking

ScreenAnchor does not use analytics services, advertising networks, tracking technologies, or third-party analytics SDKs.

Data Retention and Deletion

ScreenAnchor does not store personal data on SL-Soft servers.

Locally saved layouts and settings remain on your Mac until they are changed or the corresponding application data is removed. Since no user data is stored by SL-Soft, there is no server-side personal data to request deletion of.
